whostravel.ing is a smart QR tag service for suitcases and travel bags. Users create a digital card accessible at a unique URL, which is printed as a QR code on a physical luggage tag.
Using the service requires an account and an annual subscription.
Active account: full card visible to finders, all features available.
Expired account: contact details hidden; finders can still leave messages — delivered upon renewal.
QR address: remains active indefinitely, even after subscription expiry. We never reassign a UUID to another user.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate contact details
• Not post content that violates law or third-party rights
• Not use the service for spam or unlawful activities
• Keep your login credentials confidential
whostravel.ing is a tool that facilitates contact between a bag owner and a finder. We are not liable for:
• Unauthorised access to your card arising from sharing your QR code with third parties
• Content of messages sent by finders
• Consequences of providing inaccurate or outdated contact details
• Loss of luggage despite using the service
Subscriptions are billed annually. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods, unless required by mandatory law (in particular, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase if the service has not yet commenced).
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Polish law. EU consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
